After 262 dives from 61 athletes over two days, Sideburn Run and Vienna Woods completed the NVSL Division 1 dive meet in a tie (36 - 36). There were so many great performances during this week’s event. From the leadoff win by Claire Dobrydney to the clutch performance and second place finish by Amanda Stalfort, and Luke Shivik’s second place finish by 0.3 over the third place competitor from Vienna Woods. Finally, the senior boy sweep, including both Flory brothers, this morning. This was fun to watch!

Vienna Woods is a very good team. They are well coached and fierce competitors, just as we are. I usually hate ties but in this case I believe both teams are equal and this outcome was earned by both teams.

We still have one more dual meet against Mansion House, so let’s have fun and finish the season strong.
