FAST “B” Meets

Must register for strokes by 6pm every Sunday

These meets give each team member a chance to compete in a meet, win ribbons, and develop swimming strokes. Each Swimmer can register for 2 strokes and the IM. However, a swimmer MAY NOT swim a stroke in which they finished in the top 3 of the Saturday meet

NVSL “A” Meets

Must declare availability every Tuesday evening by 12pm

“A” meets are on Saturday mornings for five consecutive weeks. Swimmers qualify based primarily on their time trials and “B” meet results, so the roster may change each week due to improved times or absences. If your swimmer is available please mark them as such, they could be needed by the team!

Volunteer Sign Ups

A successful swim meet takes many parent volunteers. In fact, it takes over 50 parents to time, officiate, and score a typical swim meet along with setup and clean up afterwards. We are always actively looking to increase the number of volunteers. The more volunteers we have, the less each household has to volunteer!

Please do not be intimidated by signing up initially. Most jobs do not require any previous experience or training.

Each family will be expected to accumulate at least 10 volunteer points in the 2025 season.

Dive Team

Home Meets

At home meets we warm up first.  Arrive no later than 3:55pm as we will be on the boards promptly at 4pm!

Away Meets

At Away meets we warm up second.  Arrive no later than 4:55 as we will be on the boards promptly at 5pm!

VOLUNTEER SIGN UP

It takes 6-7 individuals to run a dive meet, along with a group effort to set up and take down home meets.  With our small team we need every family to contribute in a role to running the meet.
