Hello all,

Thank you for serving  as a Deck Official for Sideburn Run this summer!  Our team needs to provide 2 Stroke and Turn judges at all meets.  At home meets we provide the Ref and Starter.  Often times at Monday meets, the away team provides a Chief Judge (Referee position).

We only have one Referee, Ken Simonesen and one Starter, Eric Florea.  We need you to sign up for all the home meets.  Ken, you should check with Nicki to see if a Monday night Away meet would like a Chief Judge (if you can serve).

We have 6 Stroke and Turn officials (Eric is a Stroke and Turn as well as Starter).  We need 2 per meet for all Saturday meets and 2-4 for Monday night meets.  The Monday meets run longer and, if we have alternates signed up as well as the first 2, we divide the meet into two halves, generally around 7:30 or between strokes. 

All the meets are now OPEN for job sign ups on Sideburn Run's website.  Please look at your calendar and try and sign up for all you can cover during the summer.  I am providing you with contact information if you need to be in touch with each other.  

Please plan to be on deck this Saturday for Time Trials, it is a great time to get ready for the meets!  

As most of you know, I am no longer serving as the person in charge of the deck officials, please be sure that you sign up for all you can cover and if you get an email from Nicki, please step up and serve!   I look forward to seeing you this Saturday!
