At the request of many swim families in the area, Fitter and Faster adjusted their summer camp calendar to accommodate extended school calendars and end of year activities. Please visit their website for the improved schedule.

To give families more time to plan they are extending the date that prices on the camps will increase: Manassas camp prices will increase on Thursday June 10th.

You can now register for individual sessions!

MANASSAS, VA

High Performance Technique Series (various dates in June & July): This “series” contains 6 different 3-day camps, each focusing on different areas of high performance and elite level technique. Each camp is 3 days. The series concludes with a video recording and analysis session (below & above water).

NORTH POTOMAC, MD

High Performance Technique Series (various dates in July & August): This camp “series” starts off with a video recording and analysis session (below and above water). It is then followed up with 4 different 3 days camps, each focusing on different areas of high performance and elite level technique. Each camp is 3 days.

Race Strategy Camp Series (various dates in August & September): Each camp in this series reviews and practices strategies for swimming faster times in any stroke at various distances. Each camp is 2 days.
