I have attached the order form. If purchasing, you must buy a package first before adding on options at the bottom. Team pic is only offered as an add on. Check preferred.

Here is the sign up for a picture slot. Please sign up for a time with your oldest swimmer to allow them to attend practice. When selecting, do not change the quantity. A family is one. We recommend they wear the team suit (or another bathing suit) and then we will give them the Team t shirt that day. We need several volunteers to hand out shirts and to help collect the forms and money. They are on the calendar event. Please sign up.

Arrive at 7:30 am to help get T shirts out quickly for the team picture.
