Hi Shark Families-

This year we have several workdays to get the pool ready. We have some exciting projects in the works to update the pool like newly painted and installed (soon to be delivered) cabinets, updates in the bathrooms, new game tables and more. These events are posted on our Sideburn Run Sharks facebook page. If you aren't following, please do for those and more updates throughout the season. 

This Sunday, we have an extensive list. We need your help! This is a good one for our swimmers and divers to come and put in some elbow grease and give back to the pool. We are planning to tackle scrubbing the furniture and tables so that is a great project for our youth. Here is the full list to aim to accomplish so every body is needed! Bring tools if you see something you would like to tackle on this list.

4/24/22 -Noon – 4pm Workday:

• Finish raking along parking lot west side of property
• Weed/Mulch beds in holly area, crepe myrtle area, new bed where pampas grass was, bed on west side hill, along front of pool house, mulch
• Start power washing of building/deck
• Start cleaning Chairs, lounges, baby pool area tables and tables (will wait for umbrellas until next work day)
• Dig out posts near pavilion
• Clean chemical room
• Clean pump room (mostly blow out the leaves!)
• Spray parking lot cracks
• Assemble ping pong table
• Put refrigerator out for metal man
• Clean soffits
• If possible, start putting things away in the guard shack.
