Sideburn Run Action Plan to Address Bullying

Shark Shiver...Last week, Elaine briefed you on our anti-bullying efforts and policy. We promised to send you the written policy. It's attached. We essentially adapted the model policy provided by USA Swimming/SafeSport for our own purposes at Sideburn Run.
We ask that parents read through this Action Plan to Address Bullying.
It's up to all of us to ensure that Sharks Swim & Dive is a safe place for our athletes!
