Shark Shiver...

Attached below are the swimmers competing on Sat and the meet sheet.

General Info

• Riverside Gardens is located at 8633 Buckboard Drive, Alexandria VA 22308. The Google machine on the internets tells me that’s 21 miles away—a 37-minute-ish drive. It’ll be early, so traffic should be light.
• Their Wave Cafe concession stand accepts cash and credit card (with a minimum fee)
• Our team area is across from the pool entrance, adjacent to lane 6 and directly next to theirs. There is limited shade. We will bring our tents, but please ensure your swimmers are hydrating the night before and the morning of. Also, when they’re not competing, encourage them to stay out of the sun.
• We will be doing bagels in the Sideburn parking lot at 7:00 AM for those of you who would like to grab a bite and chat before hitting the road!

Timeline

• 8:00-8:20 am: RG warmup
• 8:10 am: SHARK SWIMMER SHOWTIME
• 8:25-8:45 am: SR warmup
• 8:30 am: Referee briefing with officials
• 8:35 am: Timer briefing with Chief Timer
• 8:50 am: Swimmers in event 1 report to Clerk of Course
• 8:55 am: Welcome and National Anthem
• 9:00 am: Meet begins

Parking

• They will reserve five spots total (2 Team Reps, 2 Coaches, 1 Data Person), and they will encourage their families to walk or park on the street so that we have spaces for our team in their [small] lot.

We can't wait to see you Sat morning!  Hopefully you can make the pep rally at Sideburn Run tomorrow at 5:45.
