Hi Sharks-

Below outlines the meet declaration timelines for this summer as well as the planned communications from your data coordinators.

For Saturday "A" Meets

• Declaring your swimmer's availability will close at 12 pm on Tuesdays
• An entry list will be sent to the team on Wednesday early evening (roughly 5:30pm). Please review the entry list and email the swim reps if something has changed and your swimmer is no longer available. This is critical so we can replace your swimmer to make the maximum points!
• We will email the team the meet sheet Thursday nights after we exchange data with the other team. Meet sheets are not available at the meet, so feel free to print this.

For Monday "B" Meets

• Entries will close Sundays at 6 pm. Remember to select only 2 from Free, Back, Breast and Fly, and the third event can be IM. New this year, your swimmer must be legal in all four strokes to attempt the IM. If your swimmer places 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the A Meet the weekend before, they cannot swim that event. • There is no provided meet sheet for B Meets.
• If you forget to sign your swimmer up, you can email your reps to try to get into the meet. B Meet rules only allow for a "deck entry" if there is an open lane in that event. Don't risk it, please remember to sign them up!
