As part of the Northern Virginia Swim League's Concussion Awareness campaign, they request that team reps send the out the attached information sheets. One is for parents. One is for athletes ages 11-13. And, one is for athletes ages 14-18.
We request that you read the one for parents and, if you have athletes aged 11 or older, that they read the one for their age group.

Swim & Dive Registration
Registration is OPEN! Click on the Register Now button in the upper right corner of this page. Credit card use is strongly encouraged. If a check is used, it must be delivered to Swim Reps on or before the first day of practice, 26 May 2026.
2026 Registration Fees per Athlete (Swimmer/Diver):
Swim & Dive -- $185 for one sport & $325 for both sports (family max $725)
Lil' Sharks -- $95 (not included in the family max)
