Shark Shiver...Every year, we need volunteers to execute the Swim & Dive Program.  For those of you who were Swim & Dive in 2025, there will be no changes to the Volunteer Program. The Reps believe it worked exceptionally well last year and hope to continue to build on the success we had in getting a large number of households engaged in volunteering.

Emily Oas will be our Lead Volunteer Coordinator again this year, so expect to see lots of emails from her :)

To review:

• Each household will be expected to contribute 10 points worth of volunteer activity. Each job in SwimTopia has points associated based on the difficulty and training involved (if any). Each job is worth at least 2 points. My favorite was always Timer!
• Those who volunteer to be Shark Leadership Council Coordinators receive 10 points to start the season.
• As the season progresses, we’ll reach out directly to those households who are not accumulating points to see where they might be able to contribute.
• We’re flexible—should there be households with circumstances that make it hard to volunteer during meets, we’re happy to find a way for them to contribute in a way that accommodates their circumstances.
